Over the past few years I discovered my love for weddings as a interactive media studies and strategic communication college student. I thought to mesh the two to amplify the communications between client and planner and to get as close to the expectations of the wedding planning process. There are many methods to carefully ensure the perfect wedding, but by using virtual reality and artificial intelligence, so many doors can open. What exactly does that look like? Well think of that animation simulation game called SIMS where you can create an entire life for your character with graphics that are interactive. With advanced 3D and 4D technology that is used in real estate virtual tours and architecture renderings, Wedding Virtual is able to make that happen with an event. People are able to sit down with their planner tell them what they would like for their wedding from the venue to the type of greenery that they would like at a table. From there the wedding planner is able to use the software that creates a simulation with the data given to then produce the 2D idea into something that can be lived. The benefits to this type of system is that things can be edited, deleted, added and priced with a simple request and click. A client can always be happy knowing that their big day is carefully thought through. Features like scanning venues, adding music, making schedules, logging prices for items and sharing any of the information to other vendors only furthers the possibilities for a seamless event.
